So the trim tab reservoir shim arrived on Friday- a big THANK YOU to Tom and Bennett & Co. for sending it to me. I installed the shim and the fluid level is near perfect AND an added bonus is the whole unit is easier to mount/unmount now. No more scraped knuckles! Yay! Pictures are here...

Thanks Dennis. I filled the reservoir before I mounted it and installed the level is on almost "empty". So, if I understand you correctly I need to "overfill" it so that mounted the level is correct right?? Thanks in advance! Peter
