This does not help you very much but up here in Canada mine works out to 1 1 litre per 1 nautical mile Very easy for my brain to calculate - 20 nm to gulf islands = 20 litre jug!

I have such respect for you for doing such a thorough job! You remind me of my dad who built boats from scratch. I myself don't have the time or energy anymore to take on such a large project. I thought my project was big until I saw yours! Good luck on your sale! C-Val
