my yamaha 9.9 keeps dying after 20min of trolling but if I prime the bulb right before it dies and can keep it running. I dont know were to start to look . It has a fuel water seperator and it is hard lined from the main tank. The primer bulb is also not flat?

I cruise at 3000 to 3200rpm at 18 to 21kts I have not installed a fuel flow meter yet.
