I use a 15# Bruce knock off with zero chain and 1/2", 3 strand nylon line. Going against anchoring rules the I find that the Bruce anchors...

    Starlink

850ft Drillship working everywhere in the Gulf of Mexico. Up to 200 users of the Starlink internet at a time onboard. Never slows down. It smokes the rig net satellite system that we use as backup. That service is $15,000 per month for internet. Starlink is way cheaper per month.

    Starlink

Big fan of Starlink! It has made my life so nice on the ship I work on. We have the commercial version. Super fast, the system keeps working even with winds 65 kts., seas 24 ft., and rain that flood the decks 6 inchs deep. Never looses a connection! The system worth every penny.

    electric C-Dory 22

Oh wow,19.5 KWH for battery power. So you can run one Navy 3.0 outboard at 2 KW 9.6 hours, run two motors at 4 KW 4.8 hours. Going to need a-lot of roof space for solar panels to recharge it up in five hours for the next day. Even if you’re able to put 5000 watts of solar on the roof of a...

Limited supply of old style 23 gal. plastic fuel tanks left

Yup it’s original to the boat. One large tank separated in the middle with an internal bulkhead. Each side is 25 gallons with separate fuel pickups, separate fuel fills, sending units, and a selector valve. I like the commercial workboat look too.

Limited supply of old style 23 gal. plastic fuel tanks left

My boat has one large aluminum tank. It is separated in the middle by a bulkhead in the tank. It is 25 gallons per side. Love it and will replace it with the same tank if the time ever comes. I like the extra burn time with the metal tank if there was ever a fire onboard compaired to plastic...
