OK, here's a dumb one for you--on a Honda BF90, does fuel flow through the low-speed jets at all speeds, or only low speeds. In other words, when you are at full throttle, is the engine being fed by all jets or only the high speed jets? I ask because I'm needing to clean out the low speed jets...
