    Rooftop Cargo Racks

Got the rack all mounted up. I can see this working out well for us on our extended trips as well as fishing trips. It's a Thule m.o.a.b. with extension.

    Rooftop Cargo Racks

Thanks for the info John. I went ahead and ordered the thule moab cargo basket. The crossbars and baskets are all powder coated so I'm sure it will work. I'll throw up a pic when I get it all mounted up. When REI fulfills their back order that is. Karl

    Bennet Trim Tab Indicator

We had that same problem and found it was a bad connection on the control unit near the pump. Hope that's all it is. You might give those wires a wiggle one at a time while looking at the indicator to see if the light turns solid. Karl

    Rooftop Cargo Racks

Thanks for the input on the crossbars guys. I'm sure the crossbars and cargo racks are finished in the same process. Harvey, I'll throw it up on the Tugnuts site and see if anybody's using one there. Karl

Lets keep track of Good and Bad Customer Service

Revchem Composites in Tacoma. Super helpful staff for all your composite needs. We bought some 3m marine compound for our gelcoat polishing after attending a fiberglass and gelcoat repair class put on by Citadel Yachts. Revchem Composites 1132 Thorne Rd, Tacoma, WA 1(253)305-0303

    Rooftop Cargo Racks

This past weekend we attended the Friday Harbor gathering. One of the many reasons we like the gatherings is to see how other C-brats customize their boats to suit their needs. One of the items we must copy is the cargo rack atop the Kim Christine. Is anyone out there using a Yakima or Thule...

    Topic reply email notifications

Well, that didn't work out like I had hoped. Tried an alternate email and that worked so thought I would try my original email address again and that didn't work. Then I couldn't reactivate my account. Thanks to Tyboo Mike for restoring my account. I was starting to think Tom wasn't...

    05/18 - 05/19 - Friday Harbor Gathering

Hey Tim, change of plan. The girls will be there Saturday afternoon after softball pics. Should still have plenty of time for them to all wear themselves out though.

    Topic reply email notifications

For whatever reason I've stopped receiving topic reply notifications from the topics I'm watching. Haven't changed anything that I know of. Have also checked to make sure it's not in the junk box of my email. Any ideas? Thanks, Karl.

We finally decided to make the trip. Plan to launch at Deception Pass Friday evening. Have not launched there and wondering if we can launch anytime or does it close at dusk? Will be bringing shrimp gear so try to leave some for us!! Thanks, Karl

    Time for new depth sounder?

I just replaced the transducer and speed sensor on our boat because of the same symptoms you described above. Ours is a lowrance lms 337df. They eventually get struck by enough debris to make them not work even though they look fine. In our case our unit works like new again. Happy boating, Karl
