PatNot sure it matters to buy the Pass now. When Beth and I entered from the west, we purchased our pass at the first "toll booth" lock at Port Severn. I expect that the 2017 free pass will be available there as well? Could stand corrected. Jeff

John; We used the Garmin chip for both the TS and the Georgian Bay 30000 islands and found it to be necessary and accurate. To do the 30000 islands makes a lot of sense. What time do you plan on the T/S travel? Jeff
