    New C-Ranger 25

Old Dog - Kim and I are waiting for a May delivery. We will be so anxious to hear every little detail that you discover about your boat. It sounds like that there is going to be a whole slug of tugs in the area.

    2005 22 Cruiser, $47,990 (Whidbey Island, Wa)

Mac & Linda Congratulations on the sale of a very fine boat. Somebody got themselves a great boat and a great deal. You are killing me because I have to put C-Sick up for sale and can't handle the thought of losing her in two days. Did you maintain visitation privleges.

A BIG THANK YOU FROM THE RANGER OWNER

We might have to have a forum that transcends both C-Dory and C-Ranger for owners in waiting. I have been possessed with boating every since taking the plunge. It is messing with my work, sleep and marriage. I have a new found appreciation for what Pat and Patty as well as others went...

    WELCOME TOM LATHAM

Those of you who have some expertise on organizational theory ought to chime in. My hunch is that C-Dory has reached an organizational size where it is no longer compatiable to maintain the kind of relationships we have so enjoyed as Brats. This is not a value driven decision but rather a...

C-Ranger Dropped From C-Dory Web Site

Roger - there clearly is some C-Dory DNA in the new Ranger. The classic curve of the C-Dory that rests on the bow is there on the Ranger. When Bill makes the move he can call his Ranger - DA Ranger. The wait is killing me. Too much time to think about what a stupid financial move it is. Who...

    Wallace vs. Stock

This probably says more about me than my Walles but it is my favorite feature on the boat. Living in the Northwest it is a rare outting that I don't have it on. I will even fire it up if I am just working on the boat. I am migrating to a Ranger Tug and I have one order for it. Safety is huge...

A BIG THANK YOU FROM THE RANGER OWNER

Bill and Mike, This means a lot I know to those of us who are migrating from C-Dory boats to Ranger Tugs. I am confident that there will be a good presence of Rangers at the C-Brat events.

C-Ranger Dropped From C-Dory Web Site

I live a very pampered life surrounded by five women. They are really the inspiration for the Tug. They like the idea of a genuine head. I like living a debt free life. The Tug is going to put an end to that so we are thinking we might name it The LOAN Ranger. There is no way to justify...

C-Ranger Dropped From C-Dory Web Site

Correction to the previous post. I have told all four daughter they cannot date until they are married. Dad will perform the weddings. All on the same day! We will have a coffee and cake reception. I figure I can do all four for $1000. The girls have yet to sign off on this proposition...

C-Ranger Dropped From C-Dory Web Site

Kim and I have made the plunge and are scheduled for a May production of a CR-25 Tug. The great news is that Jeff M is still invested in C-Dory and is full time at C-Ranger. Jeff has proven to be Mr. Customer. He understands fully the passion of a C-Brat. I would be reluctant to make the...

    2000 22 Cruiser $37,000 (Bremerton, WA)

Somebody got a great deal on a nice clean boat. Did you pick up My Piano? I know there is a 30FT Willard at the Brownsville, Marina. Had a great time chatting with the owner at Poulbo.

C-Ranger Dropped From C-Dory Web Site

Bill, Thanks for the update on the future direction of the two companies. I wasn't trying to start rumors but was quite surprised when the link dropped off the C-Dory site. Kim and I are seriously investigating purchasing a CR 25. We have so enjoyed our association with C-Dory and the...

Anybody know why the C-Ranger is no longer listed on the C-Dory Website. I can't even find a link to www.c-ranger.com

ACR Battery Selector Switch - WHY???

I have a 2003 22 -Cruiser - twin 40s. I have two batteries which are completely isolated from one another. Originally I had a 1, 2, or both switch until I discovered a thread on this site that indicated that the both component could cause harm to the honda charging system. The factory then...

    03/24 - 03/25 - Poulsbo, WA

Is it true you have gone to work for Sea Ray or have become a fishing guide or have started your own Boat Rescue Company or are you making cement shoes on the side? I can't wait until Poulsbo to find out. I am trying to figure out how to get over for Friday Night and most of Saturday and then...

King Trailer owners - check your disc brakes

Mike - I plan on the same plan. Order an extra set and check often. On visual inspection the pads looked rather brittle. I wonder if they make another product for the pad that holds up any better. My rotors were also far more scored than would be the case on a car. At some point one has to...

King Trailer owners - check your disc brakes

Gotta love the site and the immediate response. The King Trailer site I did not find helpful nor the liturature that I got when I bought my trailer. This could get expensive if I have to change em out every 1000 miles. I am sure going to keep better track of the mileage. Are the 4 bolts to...

King Trailer owners - check your disc brakes

Tom - You may have saved me some $$$$. I checked my disc pads today. I have hardly any miles on my trailer and the inside pads are down to ... and the outside .... I also put anti seize on the lugs even though they were NOT knuckle busters coming off. I have two questions - 1.) At what...

Adding additional tail, brake & signaling lights

The CR25 solved this issue. The tail/brake lights are built into the transom of the boat. The trailer lights plug into the boat itself.
