This Butt was caught on Sunday morning in Mutiny Bay. My buddies were in a 14ft Lund. Had to harpoon him and then hog tie him. They never brought him into the boat and got pretty beat up anyway. They weighed it at 60lbs. Looks bigger than 60lbs to me.

It sounds like if a person is starting out they might be better off go the CD ROM route. It appears to be easier to manipulate and offers more options.

Can you get the Mapsource software if you only have a preprogrammed chip? I bought my boat used and I don't believe it came with the CD ROM option. Or do you have to purchase CD ROM in order to get Mapsource software?

Can you also take map info off the GPS and transfer it to your computer? Do you need special software on the computer?
