Sounds like a perfectly reasonable explanation....as a matter of fact, I showed the picture to Steve and asked, "What do you suppose caused that eagle to hang upside down from the branch?" His response was, "must've had one too many!"

You're right about the fishing pressure being light...cuz there're hardly any fish being caught -- not a good fall for salmon on the Yaquina. Tons of small crab tho -- hope they hurry and grow up! :wink:
