Some mpg, mph data

Got my Lowrance EP-60R hooked up to the Raymarine A98 this weekend. Took some data going out and back ~20mi each way. Just some data for anyone reading and interested. 2007 C-Dory 25, 2007 Honda 15., Full fuel, half water, no waste. 2 passengers (~290lbs combined). Going out was 5-10mph wind...

    Freezer/Refrigerators, portable

I bought my Engel a long time ago - before any of those others were on the market. At some point I moved the hinges myself to the side.

    MOKAI?

Not to derail the thread, but I wonder with all the talk of noise, what the numbers would be for an electric version of the Mokai (prop based - may defeat the whole purpose): Hull efficiency seems to be fairly optimized Would be nice to still be able to go 15mph or so How long would a bank of...

    Raymarine customer service

Wow. Rod, talk about cold..... ;) I never said that it was good customer service, I said that's where a lot of businesses are going and I've adapted to it in this case. You can stand around and complain, or you can adapt. I didn't mean that Raymarine would treat people cold. I don't know...

    Raymarine customer service

I beg to differ. However, I think I know the reason...... Many companies, and now Raymarine, have (probably for cost reasons) moved to the internet and web based support as their primary focus. For good or for bad, that's just the way it is. Some will think this stinks, some (me) actually...

    PROJECT-A-PALOOZA!!! -- Fuel Canister Storage

If anyone is interested, here is a very large (39MB) download of an entire website I had up at one time for the complete rebuild of my Nimble Kodiak. The photos aren't as good as the originals, but it should provide a good bit of info on the boats...

    Help identifying stove

I would recommend NEVER to leave the canisters installed when the stove is not in use. NEVER store them inside the cabin. As soon as I am done with the stove, mine go back out into the cockpit in a PVC storage container: http://www.c-brats.com/viewtopic.php?p=264536 There is also a rubber...

    Trailer Accessories

Best add-on for trailering I've ever added is a front-mounted receiver. May solve the need for the dolly (it did for me)! It's amazing how maneuverable it is on the front.
