  4. Eagle Pt Pink caught 8/30/17 at afternoon tide change.  landed 1 other pink retained by partner Dave Bedner.  Also lost several, mostly pinks.  Lost a big king, jumped clean out of the later and broke 40 lb leader.

  12. after giving salmon banks a try and only getting a shaker (killer whales may have had something to with it as were passing by eagle pt), we moved to the south east side of Orcas.  Lots of bait on the screen.  26" fish hit the deep rod, 130' of wire in 100' of  water.  This was the first time that  I got a tip while undergoing a safety inspection from the coast guard regarding where to fish.  Nice hard fighting fish

    after giving salmon banks a try and only getting a shaker (killer whales may have had something to with it as were passing by eagle pt), we moved to the south east side of Orcas. Lots of bait on the screen. 26" fish hit the deep rod, 130' of wire in 100' of water.
