Would suggest looking into Bitter End Boatworks in Bellingham (they also own Hilton Marina - dry storage). Reputable guys who can do all the items you listed.

Best way is to use a service like Marine Documentation (no affiliation, but have used them) in Anacortes. They have relationship with brokers and can handle all the paperwork (correctly!). If you call them, they will describe the process and you can avoid any headaches.

As one who has had an on board fire (BW 22 Revenge) in the wiring tunnel...can't support enough the need for these extinguishers to be current, working and available on board. We had battery cables laid over each other and rubbed thru after 15 plus years almost sending us up in flames...

Recently completed same rail project on my 22 and used butyl when remounting. Much better solution IMHO. Just take a few days and cinch down daily for best results. Clean, effective and long lasting
