12' C-DORY, MUST SELL, GREAT BOAT - $1800

This boat was built by my brother while working at C-Dory a 3 years ago. It is 12' long and 4'8" wide. Comes with an EZ Loader Bunk Trailer Galvanized (2003 purchased, paid $650) and the tabs on the trailer are good until Aug. 07', an Electric Minnekota Vector motor ($500 new, bought in 2003), an Evinrude 4.5 horse gas moter that runs perfect ( built in 1984), and a boat cover (not pictured, 1 year old).
The boat has foam in the bow seat and under center bench seat and both aft seats. Has 1" balsa core on floor also 1" cor in transom (built extra strong).
Can be used as row boat or powered by motor
