I live a short distance from the Chesapeak Bay, closer to the York River. Would eithor of these boats be adequate for those bodies of water? It's only a matter of money, I would much prefer the 19!!!

Bigger is always better :lol: At least till you get to >30'
If you start with the 19 you will save a couple years of 2 foot itis :beer

Our 16 is really great, but bigger would be better, at least for me. The 16 is a little cramped for cockpit space. I went for a test ride today on a new 22 and was surprised how cramped the v berth was for someone over 6 foot. I actually prefer the open arrangement for the berth in our 16 over the 22 or 19.
