1996 Ranger Tug R21 has as far as I can tell every factory option. Mast and boom assembly with canvas, 3GM30F Yanmar freshwater cooled engine with 40hrs, teak trim package, wired for depth finder (do not have unit) , Raymarine 5200 VHF radio, compass, porta-potti, trailer, bottom paint. I am second owner boat was stored for 5- 6 under cover due to an illness of first owner. Looks like a new boat. Custom mooring cover and canvas bimini in unused condition. Boat was never kept in water. It is currently in a cradle at Bert Jabin's in Annapolis MD. I just sunk $ 550 in the 1996 EZ-loader trailer with brakes (it has current MD Inspection). On the boat In August I changed oil put 2 new batteries in, redid packing in shaft box installed a new impeller and belt on engine. $26,500 I can send more pictures when i take them.
