2006 C'Dory 22ft Cruiser w/Radar Only 96 hrs. - $40000 TX

That boat has been for sale for a long time. It was one I was considering when I got mine about a year and a half ago.
 
Looks to be in nice shape, clean, set up for fishing. Hope they get the price, (because if they do it, means mine is still valuable.)

Didn't see a mention that would make me think the poster knows much about the boat. No anchor in the roller, or mention of, or safety gear or fenders/lines. Does have electric wipers, and it is a good color :mrgreen:

My guess would be that it's because few people in Fredericksburg, Texas, are C-Dory shopping, whereas in Seattle they are known, loved, and sought-after. And they are easily transported.

I contacted this seller when I was looking for a C-Dory (in early 2012). It sounded like a nice boat, was originally sold in NW Wisconsin (the TX person was the second owner), and was stored in a building in TX. I like the year, because to me it's a great confluence of "older" and "newer" design features in the 22. OTOH, it was my least favorite color. Ultimately I bought a different one though.
