Hello all. I am moving up in size (to get an enclosed head) and am putting Runt up for sale. She is an older hull in good operational shape, although she shows her age in ugly filled screw holes, stains, etc. Runt has a very low hour Honda 90, 2021 I think. It had twenty hours on it when I bought her three years ago, less than 200 now, I am sure. She is in the yard getting her yearly maintenance, and I will have more info and pictures once I get her back. Engine runs as new. Lenco tabs, Permatrim, all necessary USCG gear (anchor, flares, PFDs, fire ex., etc.). Stock interior. Never-used porta potti. Compass/GPS-depthsounder/VHF radio. This is bittersweet--we needed a proper head, but Runt is very capable and easy to singlehand, launch from a trailer, etc. She has been a joy to run, and with her nose down, good in the Delaware Bay snotty chop. Just a capable, cheerful boat; we will miss her
Runt comes with a dual axle trailer that has all rebuilt lights and running gear from when I bought her three years ago--Axels, hubs, wheels and tires all new. Pulled great from New Orleans to Delaware and many shorter (North Carolina) trips since. Ugly trailer but serviceable and should get you home without issue. Runt's interior like her exterior is somewhat rough but completely serviceable, with decent settee and berth cushions and seats. Basically, she is a plain Jane ready to go for adventure, or to be brought back to pristine glory. I got a great deal on her three years ago and have nothing but good memories; I have her in for a low price because I want this sale to be as pleasant as all my memories of Runt. Blue boot stripe. Sorry about no pictures, but I wanted to put it out in case somebody is trying to find a 22' for this spring. Back with pictures in March. Sam

My first C Dory 22 was a 1993, and a good boat. With a newer engine this is a good buy, although I have not seen the hull, motor or trailer. Usual discression is in order about moisture and other issues which can occur in any of the C Dorys.

Please post pictures and model.

Is the trailer solid enough to get it the west coast?
I think so. Pulled fine about half that distance for me. I would replace the bearings before a trip like that, and have the brakes checked before I went cross country.

This picture will not help much, but at least shows the boat.
