Is or was the CD 14 the same boat as the 16 Angler just 2 feet shorter in the back? By that I mean the cabin size appears to be the same as the 16. I would imagine the production cost to build the 14 was not much lower than the cost of building the 16. Still an interesting boat as are the C-Dory hulls without cabins.
 
This is my first C-Dory and haven't seen a 16' before. From what I understand the pilot house on the 16 is a lot larger both in height and width. From what I've read on the site I would say the two molds are completely different. I'll try to take a photo of myself in the boat and it might give you an idea of how small the boat is.
