Hi everyone,
Well, finally finished the project on the old 16 cruiser for the new owners, and got her delivered. I ended up doing the 19 gallon Moeller tank, and it was a pretty clean installation. Also did cockpit steps as recommended.
Here's a photo of the final installation:
I cut custom thickness shims out of Sea Board (TAP Plastics) to take up the curve of the hull. I took lots of pictures of the process, and they're here:
