adhesive question

I am sure it has been covered but my supernatural search abilities seem to have failed me once again. Is there an adhesive that can be relied upon to securely glue star board to a gelcoated surface? I am most concerned about the "oily" star board as I have had good luck with 4200 and "roughed-up" gelcoat. Thanks for tolerating another of my questions.

No, Starboard is primarily designed for mechanical fastening only (screws, etc.) More HERE.
