Anchor light / Radar Interference

When installed, my anchor light sits directly in front of my Furuno radar. Does anyone know if this is a concern? Will it interfere with the radar signature, thus reducing the accuracy of the radar image. This would be a concern to me when travelling in fog.

There are alot of experts on here, smarter than I, but...

In general there is a zone close to the radar in which items are not in focus and so do not distort the radar image significantly.

My "all around" lite's post goes right up behind the Raymarine 4k unit and there is absolutely no image of it on the screen

The scanner on the radar is from 12" to 24" wide on most of our boats. The small tubing, or even a larger tubing in the beam of this scanner will not cause any interference because of the width of the scanner. (Some newer radars use transister transmitters, rather than the older magnatrons--which were tube type emitters.

My OLD 16mi Furuno gets as close as 5" when it rotates, I have never had a problem
