Anybody have a history with this 22 currently in CA?

It is currently for sale in California. He is the third owner. Pictures here:

I know QC really started to take a dive during this era... anything I should look out for specifically if I look at a boat built in this time frame? In C-brats in the Long Beach area of SoCal interested in taking a look for a prospective buyer in the PNW? Anybody know an amazing surveryor down in that neck of the woods?
 
I'm also selling a boat of the same year in Southern California. We are original owners and never had any problem with quality. One thing I notice when comparing the photos of that boat and ours is that we have the full glass door with an aluminum frame even though it is also a 2006 year boat. Not sure if ours was just built later in the model year or why the difference.
