How small do we feel ?

Hey, wouldn't it be cool if a C-Dory "floating by" was Photoshopped into one of the pictures!? I'd buy that T-shirt!

Thanks, Barry. Marvelous photos. Sure great what the marriage of science and technology can achieve.

Great pictures but from someone who doesn't like heights very much ....EGAD!!

Huricane Dean makes a great "Background" for your computer desktop.....try it .... you will like it.....

Thanks

Those images take my breath away! Not often you can see a hurricane look beautiful.

Thanks for posting that link, Barry!

Really impressive photos.

What do you suppose the two objects are on the horizon just above the blue band around the earth?
You can see them in the third to the last photo.

My guess would be a satellite. Sometimes satellites look sortof like a Snoqualmie beercan with two solar panels, one on each side with the can in the middle. At least thats what some looked like back in the dark ages when I was in the space business at what was then Martin Marietta Astronautics.

Those were cool to see. Especially since I ODed on Star Trek: Enterprise
last night. The hurricane looks so harmless from space...

Thanks,

Mike

Two problems with this statement. First we don't can our beer. It is only available in 22 oz bottles. (other than in draft of course) And even if we did use cans, we would not attach two solar panels as they would cause to much heat induction to the product.

Now I know why we missed Mars! We used the canned product instead of the superior, svelte, Snoqualmie bottle, sans solar. :) :)
