bottom paint question

I know bottom paint has been covered in detail on this site, and I read through many of the posts, but I wonder if anyone knows anything about some of the newer, supposedly less toxic bottom paints.

It's time to repaint the Rosy B, which is in the salt water almost year round, and I'm debating whether to do it myself and what bottom paint to use.
