Can't respond to a thread, what am I doing wrong?

I went to go update my c-disaster thread last night, went to hit submit and it wouldn't take my post. What am I doing wrong? I tired to respond today with a link to my updates on the hull truth and it wouldn't work either.

I kind of had the same problem earlier (several weeks ago) with some threads I was trying to post to. Not sure if Tyboo tweaked something for me, or if it just started working the next day. Give it a day and try again.... or hit Tyboo up with all the specifics. Colby

I don't know why the site would not allow you to post on your old thread. Possible that you are not signed in properly?? This thread allowed you to post, so there is nothing basically wrong with your computer and links.

I would try it again--maybe even restart your computer before trying. If not "Tyboo" at the head of the list for C Dory members is the man who will help you!

I got it to work today. I just put a link the my thread on the hull truth with pictures today.

Is there a limit to the number of pictures in a post? Could that of locked me out? I'd hit the submit button and nothing would happen. Even just putting is this working in the text box with nothing else and pressing submit did nothing.

I still think it was just a glitch. That's exactly how it happened with me. Tried half a dozen times, nothing. Next day, all worked fine...

Yesterday--using three separate devices (Macbook, iPhone, iPad)--I was unable to post anything. It appears to be working at the moment. Go figure.

I just got a text from one of my long time C-BRAT friends that he was having trouble posting also. And since I haven't been here for a few months I have not had a post in a l o n g time, I'm just testing this now.

On EDIT

When I pushed "Submit" it sat and spun for about 5 min, then I clicked on the back arrow, the Preview came back and I clicked submit again and then there were 2 posts.

Are you still having trouble posting in your disaster thread or has it been okay since the January 27 post that worked? I cannot find a thing haywire that would keep you from posting there but then I am not the nerd on the site so that doesn't mean the world is all good.

I hope it is all fine now! Great progress and impressive work on the former disaster boat!
