CD 25 2004 bilge pump screw holes

I have been drilling out and filling with resin all screw holes that go into the balsa core of my 2004 CD25 and I am now working on the bilge pump in the cockpit. The bilge pump is in a recessed area and I was wondering if anyone has drilled these out yet and if they know how thick the bottom of the boat is at that point so you don't drill to far and come out the bottom!

I did not drill out these, since it seemed to be solid glass in this area.
