CD 25 holding tank

I have smelly water accumulating in the bilge under the holding tank. I pumped out the tank, filled it with dyed water and waited 24 hours. The next day, the water under the tank was not dyed. The toilet, macerator pump and seacock were all replaced. I am mystified. Any thoughts?
 
Bilges smell bad after awhile. Get some bilge cleaner, shut off your bilge pump(s) and put the cleaner and a few gallons of water in there. Go for a ride, if it's not rough enough, make some turns and slosh things around a bunch. Make sure there's no oil in there, reactivate the bilge pump(s) while out and pump the bad stuff out.

Bet that solves your problem if it wasn't the holding tank or any of those fittings. :thup
