Changing wipers from manual to wiper motors?

Anyone have any tips on a good unit, and on the install process? I have a 2005 CD22 with manual wipers, and that's getting old. I've read some posts and apparently the AFI motors aren't very good... what brand/models should I look at? Since I'll want to use the existing holes that the manuals occupy, do I need a particular shaft size or length? Any other tips that wouldn't be obvious the average DIY-er?

I also saw that apparently getting the wipers off the shaft can be difficult... I have a Dremel so worst-case I can go that route.
