Dinghy ideas

That's very cool... The kayak version weighs only 26 pounds and folds into a backpack size! Despite these positives, I suspect the $4,000 price tag might put off a few folks, including me.

The canoe is "only" $1650 with shipping. It might be fun for fishing in calm waters. Their inflatable kyaks with clear windows in the floor were $449 and $549 for one and two person versions (but that's for PVC boats).
 
I paddled the transparent kayak years ago and it handled better than an inflatable but it should for the type. I don't remember a price at the time but I do recall thinking the clear hull material would not do well in our NW coastal environment. In a soft sandy region it would last more than one botched landing.

I hear you. The only "other woman" I could get a pass on is Jennifer Anniston. M said "Sure...if you ever have a chance w/ her, you have my permission."...fully knowig THAT would never happen. :lol:
