A question for some of the NW seadogs -
With numerous regional rivers at or above flood stage what impacts will they have on the conditions for C-Dories on the Sound?

Other than additional debris emptied into the sound from the raging rivers.....nothing. (ie: more debris to watch out for and dodge while on the sound).

TONS of floating debris.
and, if it gets really cold, the fresh water on top of the salt will freeze.

All part of the fun.

You NW folks can send some of that rain to the southeast! Just heard today that the last boat ramp on our local lake is now closed...lake level is 12' below full pond...never seen it this bad before!

We'd love to send some of it down to you! Interstate 5 is closed near Chehalis because of water on the road. (One report said there was 8' of water on I-5 in that area). Railroad tracks also under water there. TV pictures of salmon swimming across roadways. Jet Boats are driving up and down the roads, through the neighborhoods and business districts.

Maybe I ought to have bought a jet-drive for the J.C.Lately and just gotten rid of our Provan Tiger.
