Electric Winch

I am considering adding an electric winch to pull my C-Dory 25 up onto the trailer. The trailer is a Load Rite Aluminum tandem with brakes.
Any suggestions as to size, location on trailer, etc.?

We have a Power Winch RC 30. Put the wiring on the truck--but have not used it on the Tom Cat trailer yet. The mechanical winch does the trick so far--but we carry it along, complete with a "hitch" bracket, so if we had to let the trailer run down into the water to launch or retrieve, we could use that to bring it back up--but no wheels yet to support the front end of the trialer. We would put in to the winch stand where the mechanical winch is--or have a second winch stand built under the mechanical--maybe put the electric on the top---safer that way. Rule and Warn also make some good winches which can be used on trailers. I think of the Power winch as the lower end--but will work.
