EZ loader customer service

Just thought I'd give a thumbs up to Ezloader :thup . I just got back from one of their distributors, having gone there to get a problem with my brake actuator/ coupler looked at. (which was probably caused from lack of maintenance to that area of the trailer anyway. basically my fault) And left with a brand new actuator assembly at no charge. The replacement on Ezloader website sells for $250. Needless to say, I was quite thankful.
Just needed to get it fixed so everything is in top shape when I take my boat and trailer into trade. Which is coming up very quick. I always forget to lube that area and the trailer jack as well. I will remember from now on.

Hey Sark, is the trailer the same age (2006) as your boat?

Could be a warranty issue, but whatever it was, Good on Ya! And EZ Loader too...

On Edit....Just looked at your profile, apparently you're trading in the old Sark for a new one? Maybe an older trailer after all. Even Better on them!!

The trailer is an 05 but as I said, it had some wear and tear on the coupler from use and lack of grease. Plus the warranty on the parts not made by ezloader ( tounge jack, lights, and actuator/coupler ) are not for a full year. But I was very happy, I expected some help to fix it or something but wasn't expecting a whole new unit. Especially without having to coax them into it.

"Whatch tradin' up to?"

A Cdory 22 Cruiser of course! You'll see it as it's the boat show model they will have on the floor. I have a defiance right now. But not for long. Bought it last year but just doesn't fit what I want to do with the family. Almost got the CD last time. I was on the fence between the two and ended up being persuaded into the defiance by some fishing buds. But after some use, some problems with the customer service, and getting out again in a CD. I knew it was time to trade up now. And I ain't looking back. Can't wait!!!

I have been struggling to be a better more positive person and today I was kind of put in my place. The screws that hold the center caps over the lugs on my trailer needed to be replaced because of no maintenance. I wrote an email about a week ago to EZLoad Trailers website and had not heard from them or gotten any response. I started a negative second mail to them but before I sent it I decided that I would just wait a few days and then call them. Today in the mail they sent me a set of five of these screws.
I am constantly telling my grand-children that there is a lot of good in the world and that television and media usually only hype the bad. I need to listen to my own advise.
