On Sunday, I took natural C-lection out for its first fishing trip out of Pedder Bay (near Victoria BC). I went out with two friends and we had a great day. Fishing was slow for chinook (we did get on 10lber) but was pretty busy for coho. We ended up keeping 5 hatchery coho and I was very happy with how the boat behaved for its first fishing trip. As an added bonus, we had a great view of a pod of Orcas who breached for us and showed off their young ones!
