For Sale: 2011 23 Foot Venture $55,900 Canadian. Includes Trailer and twin 60 hp Yamaha motors

This boat is in mint condition and the motors have less than 200 hours on them. I paid almost $80,000USD for this boat and have all papers. The only reason why I'm selling this boat is my wife does not like the ocean when we leave from Petty Harbor Newfoundland Canada where I primarily use it.

I will assist with cost of shipping to anywhere in Canada or USA.

This boat is fully equipped with the following:

Stove
Refrigerator
Running water
Captains Chair
Horn
Search Light
Navigation Lights
Wipers
AM/FM, CD, Ipod stereo system with speakers in the cabin and on the rear deck
Full Garmin(4210) navigation system with maps for Eastern Canada
Fish Finder/Depth sounder
Dinette which turns into a bed
Up front you can comfortably sleep three people
Bilge pump
Wash Down system
50 foot shore power cord
Windlass with 150' of rode

I have pictures available upon request.

Well, I have had lots of interest in my boat from all over Canada and USA. I think she may be sold to a guy in Terrace BC. I have priced here exceptionally well for a quick sale.

I have reviewed a lot of the posts here since I have posted her for sale and I have to say I am truly envious of all you on the west coat, either in Washington State or BC.

This is the real home for the c-dory.

It was rather lonely down here as I saw all the events and trips being organized. I wish I was there as these are great boats for the socially inclined. I don't think there was another one like her in this province.

I love the water, but unfortunately my wife does not share the same interest. Yet, for her really never exposed to boats like I was I understand.

When I leave with her (my boat) I'm right in the North Atlantic...yes the swells as big as mountains and the rough water I can understand her apprehension. If there was one place to test the seaworthiness of these boats this is the place, and these boats can withstand a lot.

If you still have this boat I would be interested in seeing more pictures of her. We are just in the process of trying to find the right boat for us .Unfortunately we are too in BC, Kelowna , in the Okanogan Valley. so logistics is a bit of an issue.
Thanks

Look like a really nice clean boat. Love the twin 60's.

I have always wanted to do some boating around the big island on the east. I think you are right, the C-Dory/Venture line is the right one.

Leon, Congratulations. That is a nice looking boat. Are you going to go get it? That should be an exciting trip. Take care. Hope to see you on the water here in the PNW.

Thanks Harvey, bought a little Toyota Tacoma and hauled it all the way back to Terrace BC. My retirement toy, hoping to start using it full time next year, working on a bunch of little things on it.

Congrats on your new C-Dory! :cake

Nothing like a good, long maiden trailer voyage (I bought my boat in Florida and at first hitch up took it to Washington state :D). Here's to your retirement joy!

Next year?! There's an entire fishing season in between now and next year. You're close to Kitimat and can easily access the Douglas Channel and all the fish and spot prawns it has to offer. It's not too far to launch in Prince Rupert and fish Haida Gwaii. What needs to be fixed up? If'n it were me, I'd be fishing all summer and doing the little things in the winter season.
