For those who don't know - the Mirage is a tandem kayak that you can either paddle or pedal. (The pedals/flippers work amazingly well.)
It's a great outfit and we've used it quite a lot - but frankly, the weight of loading and unloading it from the truck or the boat became a little more than my artharitic hands wanted to deal with. Having a low kayak trailer, or towing the kayak are both viable options.
