I will be taking advantage of it with the Tomcat. I filled her the first time via road service stations.
 
I have been taking advantage of this for two years. Every little bit helps.
 
Hi,
I saved me rcpts last yr, thinking I could do it, but NC only allows it, as far as I can see, if you are "commercial" - commercial fisherman, etc, not for general "off road" use, as I thought.
I hope somebody can prove me wrong.
