Thanks, Ruth, Joe, and Charlie. You folks are up early this morning. This will be only the second time in about 20 years that I've had to work on my birthday. :wink: When we still had the studio, one of the first things Joan would do each year when we received our new appointment book would be to mark out the National Holidays... including my birthday. :mrgreen: After our daughter once scheduled sessions on my birthday (a couple months in advance), we started giving all the staff the day off with pay... never had that situation again.

Since we retired, everyday is Saturday, so it hasn't been an issue. We celebrated a couple days ago... but, tonight after work, I'll open cards and talk to family on the phone. It's supposed to be a beautiful day here in the Tetons, so always a good reason to celebrate.

As a side note, my dear ol' Mother says, "You tried to be born breach. You came out telling the world to kiss your butt..." Well, you can fill in the rest. :roll:

Thanks for the kind greetings, friends. This forum is like another home for me, and I appreciate that "bit of home" each time I sign on. Hope y'all have a great day... I'll be driving a boat and visiting with people on vacation... should be a nice way to spend a birthday. :D
