Having Trouble Adding Photos to Album

Hi, it's been awhile since I added photos, but when I click the add photos from the first page of my album, it does not give me options to add the photos -- just reverts back to the options. Wondering what I am doing wrong. I've tried it with PC and with Mac and same results. Thank you, Ron
 
I am attempting to add photos to my album and need help. When in my album, I click on the icon "add photos", nothing happens. I understand, another window is supposed to open to allow browsing and selecting photos but it doesn't happen. I am working with an apple I-pad and have turned the pop up blocker off.

What am I doing wrong or not doing what I should be doing?

I've seen that as well with my iPad, Gary - but only with Safari. Chrome works correctly if that is an option for you.

Quite likely it's something that could be fixed were the photo gallery software still maintained, but it's ancient and unsupported.

Thank you guys for asking these questions on the forum where everyone can see the discussion. You are not the only ones who have had trouble figuring out the quirky gallery software, but it does work pretty well and is really easy once you make it happy. By asking on the boards you are likely helping a lot of folks.

I succeeded in adding photos to my album. It was quite a process. I emailed the photos to my email address from my Ipad , saved them in my Toshiba Laptop, and then was able to get them uploaded.

The upload (add Photos) window works with the Microsoft system but it sure didn't like the Ipad.

At least you didn't break C-brats. I broke it so bad, Tyboo couldn't fix it, and it took DaNag all night to straighten it out! :roll: :lol: :mrgreen:
 
I'm having the same problem with adding photos to my album with Safari and my iMac. Will try another browser, say Mozilla Firefox, when I get time to set it up again.
