Hinton Island hosts!

Pulled in to Hinton marina and parked next to Tom and Joyce on C Otter.
Great folks, all knowing St Johns river Gurus!
Great meeting y’all! We’ll see you on the water again.

We missed you guys by a few weeks. We were the only c-dory there the first week of April. There were two other c-dorys we met at Silver Glen Springs but didn't see any others on the river that week.

We really enjoyed staying at Hontoon. A couple of highlights we had were renting some beach cruisers from the rangers and biking all over the island, and we had a fish fry on the boat. I'd caught some black crappie, so we fried the filets and served them with some bacon cheese grits. We had a great time!
 
Great visiting with you Robert at Hontoon Island. Looking forward to when our paths cross again.....and they will! Have fun on your journey. Sorry I did not get to say goodbye. They keep me pretty busy at the park running that ferry.
