Can anyone tell me what year they went to more of a deep V design?

Here's a link that will answer your question - sort-of. I say sort-of since the newer design cannot really be called a deep-V. More of a shallow V tapering to near flat.

I believe that 1986 was the first year for the modified V Dory Hull.
