Just a much belated introduction to the C-Brats. We are Jeff and Brenda Vann. Just purchased our first C-Dory 22 Angler formerly Glenda Jean from Mgarr682 yesterday! This is a dream come true for us. I'm sure I'll eventually have questions for you experienced owners. It's awesome to have a forum with so much useful info and support. Thank you all for having us! We look forward to meeting some of you and having many adventures on the water.
 
Welcome Jeff and Brenda! That is the newest Angler I have seen and I hope you enjoy that custom cabinet for the stove/heater. It should give you some room for food and cookware. Check in here regularly and start absorbing the goodness.

Welcome aboard the C-Brat family. You will find new friends down every new waterway that you venture into. I hope that you will head our way one day and enjoy a cruise near the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay.
 
Welcome! And congratulations on your new Angler. I remember the photo as she arrived at the dealer, brand spanking new without even an outboard yet. Then I very much enjoyed following along as Mgarr both improved and enjoyed it. And now it's yours. Nice choice :thup
 
Hey thanks! Yeah it was nice to go back to his comments and profile because it showed how well he maintained Glenda Jean which really sold us. Plus Mike and his wife are great guys. We're super excited to get our CD. Thanks again Sunbeam!
 
Jeff: Welcome to the group man! Nice boat; you don't see many 22 Anglers around. Cool design. Make sure you ask the moderators (Tyboo or DaNag) for a photo album so you can upload some pics to your profile.

BTW, it's also nice getting more East coast Brats on the forum. :)
 
JEFF, Welcome to C-BRATS, and congrats on your new 22 Angler. You will find this is a pretty good place, full of lots of great information on C-Dorys and lots of great folks here. Enjoy the boat and the site, and make it a point to go to a CBGT (C-Brat Get Together) to meet and put faces to the names.

Thank you Jason and Harvey! Yeah I'll definitely do a photo album eventually. Thanks for the tip about moderators. I forgot about that. We'll have to go to one of the CBGT for sure. Would like to meet some fellow Brats in person. Thanks everyone for the welcome and encouragement! One of the things I find so refreshing with this forum is the kind and respectful way everyone communicates with each other. C-you all later.
