Junk on photo page

OK Nerds, for the last couple of days, when I bring up a photo, either in an album or from a link in a post, I get a bunch of SQS stuff above the C-Brat Logo It says:

Not a fatal flaw, just somewhat annoying. Have I changed something?

Photos are coming up fine for me...I have had stuff like this happen before too, but it always was short term. I always assumed it was a problem at the ISP. Don't know though. Our fine Head Nerd should have it sorted out eventually.
