This has been a huge issue for weeks between Port of Portland and ODOT. Normally there would be 10" of clearance on the Astoria bridge and 4" of clearance on the longview bridge, but the cranes sailed early and the water is higher than normal. Plus, they have to tilt the nav lights on the bridges. This should be a good show.
