Manual Replacement wipers for C 22

My 2004 C 22 is equipped with two manual windshield wipers. The handles on the inside and mechanisms that penetrate the fiberglass are all there. However the blades themselves and the arms that attach the blades to the mechanisms are missing. By researching the forum I found NAPA part numbers for the blade assemblies but I need to know how to find the arms to attach them to. I think that if I can determine the length I need I can probably find a standard arm to use from the auto part store.

Does anyone know the length of the wiper arms or a part number I can use to order them?

I have 2 manual wipers left over from when I installed electric wipers on my former boat Beagle (1987). I have posted 2 pictures in the album Beagle.

The arms are 7" from the blade pivot point to where they attach to the manual control arm. I could find no part number.
