The recent post about fuel flow sensors got me looking into options for my Mercury outboard and I found out that Mercury now has a device called VesselView mobile for $225. Their website says its compatible with all Mercury SmartCraft-capable engines built since 2003 (40 HP and up).
The device looks very easy to install and outputs real time fuel flow, water temp, oil & water pressures, battery voltage, RPM, faults etc through bluetooth to your phone or tablet. This seems much easier/cheaper than the old displays and digital gauges that used to be required.

Does anyone have any experience with VesselView? It seems like a great tool for the price.
