To say we are excited to see the boats and talk to owners would be an understatement. :lol:

We plan to be in FL the week after looking at a couple of boats at Marc's.

We really would appreciate a ride on someone's 22 on Saturday if at all possible. Doesn't have to be long or far. Thanks in advance.
 
No matter where you go for the test ride, you got to make them let you drive it. But Marc's probably got a line on one for you to buy. Don't go home empty handed.

The best "test ride" is going to be some place where there is a chop. Crossing your own wake is not enough...But also with someone who knows how to run the boats....which will include most of the folks at the Mississippi gathering.

I cannot guarantee you a ride--because it depends on our our backs are doing...and our general medical conditions..' But I suspect that there will be someone who is willing to take you for a "spin".

Friday is the trip to Hannibal, Mo. That leaves at 8 AM "sharp"...We are probably going and if we do, you are welcome to drive the boat all of the way up there...and back. We may have some issues with the "tour" since we travel with our miniature poodle, and would not leave her on the boat for that length of time.

We will have to see if we can rearrange some things to make it there.

Hopefully you will be able to go, if not, perhaps someone else would be willing to let us go with them.
