Navigation Lights Are Dead

The navigation lights are Red, Green and all around white light. You MUST have the all around steaming light on when running at night. This same light becomes an anchor light, when it is on alone, and the boat is at anchor.

So the switch is incorrectly wired.

Does anyone know what's up with my 4-terminal switch? The ones I see on here and for sale online all seem to be three terminals.

Extra terminal could be for a stern light (on larger boats).
