Nesting cookware thread?

Hi All,

I hope that one of you can help me find the thread that was here a while ago on nesting cookware.

I think that Patty Anderson mentioned geeting a high end cookware set and then others posted sites with a similar set for much less.

I've looked for it to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Indeed, we are delighted with our nested cookware. Patty got ours at Armchair Sailor at their store in Seattle, I don't see it in their online store catalog. You might give them a phone call at 1-800-875-0852 to inquire.

Hey!

That was a quick reply, but do you know your original thread where you posted that info?

There were some other sites listed that had teflon-coated sets, which interest us. I went through your posted messages under your profile, but didn't recognize a thread name to give me a lead.

Thanks,

Nick

Nick - I recall the discussion, but alas do not recall what the title of the thread was.

OK, a quick search on the keyword "Cookware" with results displayed as posts rather than as topics reveals that the thread was "Baking Aboard" and here is the link to the cookware we have.

Jim,

That's getting closer. I'll call and see if they nest, as well.

Someone had a site for a set that nested, Teflon-coated, for 139.99.

If the Fir and Fold nest, I spring for that.

Thanks Patty.

Hi,

Just joined the group and saw your message about nesting cookware. Have you ever seen or heard of the brand FAGOR? I think they're pretty well made. Stainless steel with two clamp-on handles, four different sized pots with 'draining' lids and plastic snap-on covers and a skillet. I got mine at Camping World, an RV supply store, but you can also get them on-line at campingworld.com.
