All righty then! Congrats! Just out of curiousity, what was the date they started production, if you remember? As you can imagine, this question involves more than idle curiousity!

Congratulations Jim and Laurie on the acquisition of your bonnie boat, the Launa Jo. May you have many years of fun, adventure, calm seas and the occasional big fish to enjoy and look forward to.

Jim and Laurie -- we can see the glow in the western sky all the way from back here in TN. Congrats on the new boat. Looking forward to some more cruising with you guys, if you won't mind hanging around with us 'little boats.'

Congratulations Jim and Laurie, nice to see the new fleet starting to show up on the screen. Judy and I saw your post just before we sat down to dinner and we toasted the new boat. Hope that we can be around for some of the christenings for all these new 25's that you all are putting on the water.

Jim - we once had one of those GI Joe's covers just like in your pix, until the 70 mph+ winds blew through and the durn thing took off like a big sail...headed right for the neighbor's Hummer (right after I had pulled the boat out from beneath it). Should have seen me attacking the vinyl with a boning knife to deflate it! Stopped 'er a few feet short of the Hummer, the frame partly caught up on the apple tree, thankfully. Lesson learned = you might want to price a few ecology blocks to anchor this puppy, my friend!

P.S. - headed down to Auburn for more pix of Daydream this afternoon - now 2+ weeks downstream from going in the mold.

Jim and Laurie, thought I saw an early morning easterly glow yesterday from across the Pacific. First one to sign at the boat show, first one home with the boat. Congrats. Hopefully will get several pics of Anna Leigh at the factory from Pat/Patti today. Been a week. Home on Tues, then I can really be a pest at C-Dory.

When do you install the electrons?

I want to add my congratulations to the mix. Wishing you two safe boating, fair winds, and good friends.
Hope to see you and the new Laurna-Jo soon.[/i]

CONGRATULATIONS Jim and Laurie!! Even the trailer is sparkling. Hmmm April 9th.......I'll bet that will probably be forever!!!

Well, this is the first of the three and my bet is David's and Pat's anxiety levels just went up at least a notch or two. Any takers?

She looks great I'll bet even better when in the water. Enjoy!

Thanks to all of you folks for the best wishes. We are looking forward to using our "learnings" of having the 22 to enhance our fun on the 25 for sure.
Pat , I think that it was about 8 weeks form mold to delivery
Despite the winds here we have been pretty lucky on the cover. I have replaced the original tarp of course but have continually had to monitor the frame, just occasional adjustments on the legs and such.
I'll start putting the electronics on this week. And loading her up.

Congratulations :D Looking forward to seeing the new Laurna Jo. Thought maybe we'd see you at Lopez but you aren't on the list. I couldn't remember but thought that might be about the time you'd be gone on your trip? So, until we do get to meet the new Laurna Jo, wishing you the best.

Thanks again for the Kudos! Mr. F , sjhe does have an arch..just hiding under the cover ... it is the one made for C-Dory by Railmakers. Heck, couldn't jeopardize my membership in the Arch Bros..
